2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are made through our website.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Once payment has been received, you will receive confirmation of your booking by email.
Your place is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
3. Programme Information
Programme descriptions, dates, times and prices are published on our website.
While every effort is made to ensure information is accurate, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes where necessary.
If significant changes are made after booking, affected participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the programme start date are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
If exceptional circumstances apply, any alternative arrangements will be considered at the discretion of The University Support Suite.
5. If We Need to Cancel
If The University Support Suite is unable to deliver a programme due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:

a full refund, or

the option to transfer to an alternative programme date, where available.
We will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of programme cancellation.
6. Participants Under 18
Some participants may be under the age of 18.
Where a participant is under 18 years of age:

a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking;
-
the parent or guardian accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the participant; and
-
the parent or guardian remains the primary contact throughout the programme.
7. Online Sessions
Programmes are delivered online using Google Meet unless otherwise stated.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:

a suitable internet connection;
-
a device capable of accessing Google Meet;
-
a working microphone and speakers or headphones; and
-
access to any resources provided before the session.
The University Support Suite cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties caused by a participant's own equipment, internet connection or software.
8. Participant Conduct
We aim to provide a supportive, respectful and inclusive learning environment.
Participants are expected to:

behave respectfully towards other participants;
-
contribute positively to the learning environment;
-
follow reasonable instructions during sessions; and
-
avoid behaviour that disrupts the learning experience of others.
The University Support Suite reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or persistently disruptive.
No refund will be provided where removal results from unacceptable behaviour.
9. Session Attendance
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.
Live sessions are not routinely recorded, and recordings will not normally be available following the programme.
If a participant is unable to attend a session, we will provide any accompanying resources where appropriate, but we cannot guarantee replacement sessions.
10. Intellectual Property
All course materials remain the intellectual property of Abigail Scrivens trading as The University Support Suite.
This includes, but is not limited to:

worksheets;

slides; and

written content.
Resources are provided for the personal use of the registered participant only.

Live sessions are not routinely recorded by The University Support Suite.
Participants must not:

photograph presentations or participants; or

distribute any part of a live session without prior written permission. This helps protect the privacy of all participants.

Group sessions may involve discussion between participants.
Everyone is expected to respect the privacy of others.
Information shared by participants during live sessions should remain confidential and should not be discussed outside the programme without permission.
