Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking the Preparing for University: 3 Week Live Programme. Please read the following information before completing your booking: - Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place. - Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. - This programme consists of three live online sessions and is sold as a complete programme. - Cancellations made more than 7 days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the programme start date are non-refundable. - Refunds are based on the programme start date, not the dates of individual sessions. Once the programme has started, refunds cannot be issued for missed or unattended sessions. - If The University Support Suite needs to cancel the programme, participants will receive a full refund. - Sessions are delivered live online via Google Meet and are not recorded. - Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions to gain the full benefit of the programme. - If you are unable to attend one or more sessions, your place cannot be transferred to another participant or to a future programme. - If the participant is under 18 years of age, the booking must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. - By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
